Budget and Fiscal Officer
As the college's Budget and Fiscal Officer, Cynthia collaborates with leadership in collegewide financial planning, resource allocation, and fiscal oversight across a broad portfolio of academic, research, and administrative initiatives. She manages provost allocations, faculty resource commitments, instructional program budgets, AES funding, indirect cost recovery, patent revenue, and major institutional assessments. As the college’s liaison to campus budget offices and academic departments, she oversees financial administration, fiscal close, rate review, and core facility subsidies. Through detailed analysis, forecasting, and stewardship of complex funding sources, Cynthia supports informed decision-making, long-term sustainability, and the college’s academic and research mission.
